Julie is the original co-founder of Center for Physical Rehabilitation which was established in 1987.  Julie earned her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska in 1982 and moved to Twin Falls to begin her career as a PT. Julie obtained her Sports Specialty Certification in 2000 and for 20 years she has taught classes for the College of Southern Idaho to promote health and wellness.  She is active in the American Physical Therapy Association and has served as Idaho Chapter President as well as an elected Board of Director for the Private Practice Section.  She is the recipient of the J Perry Silver Award and the PPS Board Service Award for her dedication to serving her profession.

Julie is an avid runner, yoga instructor, Pilates certified and passionate about lifestyle changes to promote health and wellness.  Julie's goal is to teach lifestyle medicine to create behavioral change as an avenue to manage chronic health issues.

Dennis graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1987. Dennis started working at CPR in 1997 and became a partner in 2000. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Dennis is certified in Neuro-Developmental Technique (NDT) for Adult Hemiplegia (Stroke) #AH-1636-91. In 2003, Dennis became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist.  Dennis can be found out in the community providing sideline support for local sports teams, fishing, or playing basketball.

Tracy has been working at CPR since 2000, and joined as a Partner in 2008.  She received her Master’s in Physical Therapy in 1996 from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Assoc. and the Idaho Physical Therapy Assoc.   Tracy has an emphasis in manual therapy techniques, and is certified through the WorkWell system to provide Functional Compacity Evaluations, Pre-work Screens, and Functional Job Analysis.  She is also a certified Idaho Worker’s Compensation Specialist.  In addition to an orthopedic outpatient caseload, she consults with local industries regarding injury prevention and ergonomics.   In her spare time (which in her opinion, isn't nearly often enough), Tracy loves to mountain bike, rock climb, hike, camp/backpack, ski, and snowshoe with her daughter and favorite friends.

Seth joined the Center For Physical Rehabilitation in 2003.  He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Chemistry.  He later received his Masters in Physical Therapy from University of Utah in 2001. Seth is a Magic Valley native and graduated from Buhl High School where he participated in various sporting activities. He is active in the Idaho Physical Therapy Association having served as the South Central District Chairman in the past. Seth is certified in "Workwell" to provide Functional Capacity Evaluations, Pre-work Screens, and Functional Job Analysis. He can be found in both the Buhl clinic as well as in Twin Falls.  He enjoys working with patients of all kinds with a specific interest in orthopedic, sport injuies, and post-op rehabilation. Seth is a father of five and enjoys watching his kids play sports as well as hunting, skiing, and other outdoor activities.  Seth can also be found providing sideline coverage for local high school football teams.

Dave Little joined CPR in 2009, combining his existing practice at Family Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Clinic with the CPR team. Dave has worked as a Physical Therapist for over 38 years with the last 34 years in Twin Falls.  Dave was a 4 year scholarship recipient for Idaho State University Varsity Tennis Team 1977-1980. And then later graduated from the University of Colorado Health Science Center.  He provides a Spine Care Program, Orthopedic rehab, custom bracing and is a certified hand therapist.  Dave also provides Nerve Conduction Studies for carpal tunnel testing and other upper extremity entrapment problems. He is an active golfer, skier, and tennis player.  He works with many athletes of all ages in these key sports.  Dave is very active in the Twin Falls community and is past President of the Magic Valley Boys & Girls Club.

Sami earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of Montana, where she was awarded the Nora Staael Evert Scholarship Award for outstanding leadership qualities. Prior to PT school, Sami graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honor’s Program at the University of San Diego with a Bachelors of Arts and Science in Communication Studies and Business Administration. She was part of the university’s dance team, where she competed at the national level.  She first became passionate about physical therapy's ability to restore function during her own rehabilitation following a knee surgery. During her career, she has enjoyed working with Ballet Idaho as the wellness team physical therapist and has educated exercise leaders in the community about biomechanics and anatomy. She loves yoga, spending time outdoors, and running all distances, having participated in 5Ks up to a 50-mile ultramarathon. She is thrilled to be living with her family in their beautiful hometown of Twin Falls.

Cade is an Idaho native and proud to be a part of the CPR team. He started his education at Utah State University, earning a bachelor and master’s degree in Human Movement and Biomechanics. From there he attended Idaho State University and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy. Cade has published research articles, taught university courses, and been a continual volunteer in the community and an advocate for the physical therapy profession. Outside of work he enjoys skiing, dirt biking, backpacking, and camping.

Cade specializes in treating patients with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries, but has additional specialties in treating vestibular disorders, balance issues, dizziness, and concussions.

Marc earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Utah in 2009.  He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah in Exercise and Sports Science.  Marc has received additional training in areas of Kinesiotaping, IASTM, and functional movement.  Marc has been surrounded by physical therapy his entire life, as his father is a physical therapist and has always been an inspiration and mentor for Marc. Marc is very active and enjoys the outdoors, hiking and adventure sports. He is an accomplished skydiver, speedflyer and BASE jumper. He is also very active in his community, serving six years on the Parks & Rec commission and organizing the annual Perrine Bridge Clean-Up.

McKenzie is a Magic Valley native and is excited to be back in Twin Falls after finishing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University in Spokane, WA. Prior to starting PT school, McKenzie completed her Bachelors of Science at Utah State University where she graduated with honors. McKenzie has experience working with working with diverse and specific orthopedic conditions, as well as pelvic floor conditions including incontinence, pain and, pre and post partum conditions. McKenzie enjoys working with patients of all ages, from those are very active to individuals seeking to resume their normal day to day activities. Outside of work, McKenzie is an avid runner, enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and being with her family. She is also an accomplished violinist and speaks Russian after living there for 18 months.

Sutherland 'Sutter' earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Utah in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Dixie State University. During his DPT, he was the Fitness Class Coordinator for wellness programs involving individuals with Parkinson's Disease, Strokes, and Multiple Sclerosis. He participated in the TRAILS adaptive sports program working with people with spinal cord injuries and getting them back outside doing things they love like biking, skiing, kayaking, dancing, and swimming. He has a passion to serve the Magic Valley community in any way possible and is an advocate for Physical Therapy helping people achieve their goals and return to the activities they love. Sutter enjoys everything fun under the sun, training for triathlons and marathons, playing pickleball, golf, rock climbing, and hiking.

Brandon is excited to join the CPR team after practicing in Phoenix, Arizona for close to five years. Brandon and his family moved to Twin Falls to be closer to family and return to his grandparent’s roots.  Brandon graduated from the University of Utah with his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training in 2013.  From there, he attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016.  Brandon specializes in treating Orthopedic and Sports Medicine as well as Vestibular disorders and Concussion rehabilitation.  Brandon is certified through the DSI system to provide Functional Compacity Evaluations, Pre-work Screens, and Functional Job Analysis.

Brandon and his wife enjoy spending time and doing activities with their two little girls.  Brandon and his family are a musical family that includes singing and playing various instruments. Brandon enjoys the outdoors including hiking, biking, running, camping, fishing, and rock hounding.

She is from Southern Texas where she was active in many sports. She later went on to be a Collegiate soccer player.  She currently enjoys competing in Ironman triathlons, hiking, and being in or on the water. As a PT, she enjoys helping people get back to doing the activities that they love.

Brent is from Twin Falls and is excited to return to the Magic Valley. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Fresno State University graduating in 2016 and received outstanding student award. Brent received his undergraduate degree from Idaho State University majoring in Biology.  Brent has spent the last 6 years working as a clinic director and physical therapist in Fairbanks, AK. Brent has extensive training working with athletes and post-operative surgeries from sport injuries to total joint replacements.

Brent is excited to return home and join CPR. Brent moved back with his wife Camryn, and two dogs who love to do all things outdoors such as camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, and traveling.

Jake is originally from Utah and has moved around the Western United States in search of adventure. He’s lived in Orem, Denver, Seattle, Salt Lake and Twin Falls. He attended Utah Valley University earning a BS in Exercise Science focusing on exercise physiology. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado: Anschutz Medical Campus in 2016. Following this he enrolled in an orthopedic residency with the Evidence In Motion group becoming a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. He spent 8 months working with CPR in 2018, then transitioned to Park City, Utah, treating a varied population ranging from elderly with neurological conditions to professional athletes. Following this he started and managed a new PT clinic in South Jordan, Utah. He returned to CPR in October 2023 to revitalize his passion for PT and work with the incredible care team.  

When he is not working, Jake likes to spend time with his wife, son and close friends. He is very passionate about outdoor sports including climbing, skiing, mountain biking, shooting, and ice climbing. He also enjoys amateur gun smithing, vinyl records, audiobooks, cinema, and traveling.  

Jake has a wide variety of experience in the PT field working with: sports injuries, runners, strength training, TMJ pain, balance, dizziness, BPPV, orthopedics, pool therapy, chronic pain management, spine pain, long covid, osteoarthritis, concussion therapy, skiing, and climbing injuries.

Christy grew up locally in Kimberly, Idaho where she was active in many different sports including Track & Field and Cheerleading.  After spending time as a collegiate Cheerleader and completing an Associates in Pre-Physical Therapy she then went on to attend Idaho State University where she graduated in May of 2006 with her PTA degree and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science.  She joined CPR as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2007. She is an active member of the Idaho Physical Therapy Association as well as the American Physical Therapy Association. She received her Advance Proficiency in Musculoskeletal in 2012. 

Christy is passionate about aiding others to achieve better physical fitness and became certified through the Idaho/Utah Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation to teach the floor exercise program for less active adults.  She continued her studies to become a Certified Health Coach to further aide patients in their fitness and health goals. When not helping others, Christy can be found riding ATVs, fishing, camping and spending time with her family

Isaac is an Idaho native growing up locally in Buhl, where he was very active in multiple sports including football, baseball and basketball. After graduating from Buhl High School, Isaac attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana. While attending Rocky Mountain College, he continued his career in football at the collegiate level and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and in Physical Education and Health Studies. Following his stint away in Montana, he returned to Idaho and attended College of Southern Idaho, where he received his PTA degree. Isaac joined CPR as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021. Isaac is excited to give back to the community that he grew up in by helping individuals return to things that they love and find passion in. When away from work, Isaac enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors with hunting, camping, hiking, fishing and kayaking.

Mike was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. Upon graduating from high school he decided to follow his grandfather’s footsteps and join the US Navy. While serving he became specialized as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Traveling the world he was fortunate enough to apply his skills towards our active duty service members, retired military, and even members of foreign military service. Some of his favorite duties in the Navy were his deployment to Iraq, serving in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and spending his final 6 years working with Navy SEALS in Coronado, California. After retiring from the US Navy in 2018, Mike received his Associates in Science for Physical Therapist Assistant from Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN. He also holds a Bachelors of Science from California State University FCE.

Mike joined the CPR team in 2023 and couldn’t be more excited to help people in the Magic Valley get back to doing things they love! When he is not in the clinic you will likely see him coaching his kids in baseball, softball, basketball, football, and whatever other sport they choose to play. When that ends he hopes to get his golf handicap back to a respectable number!

Abigail was born and raised on the Oregon coast, there she spent most of her time training as a ballet dancer. It was through dance that Abigail found her passion for movement and exercise and therefore sought out an education where she could share this love. She graduated from Washington State University in 2018 with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then attended North Idaho College for her Physical Therapist Assistant education. After graduating in 2021, Abigail found her niche in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and has experience in treating patients with various pelvic and orthopedic dysfunctions. She considers herself a life longer learner and is constantly striving for continued learning opportunities.

Abigail joined CPR in 2022 and is grateful to be serving the community of Twin falls. She hopes to provide warm and comforting care in individuals rehabilitative journeys. When she is not in the clinic, you can often find her walking along the various trails of Twin falls or spending time painting at home with a good movie on.

Heather is a Twin Falls County native. She grew up in Buhl where she was active in basketball and volleyball.  Health and fitness have been a long-time passion for her.  She received her Personal Training Certification through NASM followed by her Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sports Performance Specialist, and Women's Weight Loss Specialist. She finds great satisfaction on helping others reach their fitness goals safe and effectively. 

When not training, Heather enjoys riding her motorcycle, playing with her dogs,and  kayaking or mountain biking with her two sons.

Dani was born and raised in Southern California. She moved to Idaho and it became her “home state” in 2011. She fell in love with fitness once she learned how much of an impact it had on her mental health, not just the physical. She believes our fitness/recovery journey is all in the mind, “once we convince ourselves that we can, our body follows”. She received her Personal Training Certification through ISSA and is continuing her education. Dani has a passion for giving people that light and the “I can” mind set. She enjoys working with everyone and challenging them to things they never thought they could do.

When Dani isn’t training, she spends her time with her fiancé, German Rottweiler, and German Shephard Rottweiler mix. She enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and road trips.
