Physician Referral

Medicare and Medicaid require a physician's referral for physical therapy as well as some private insurance companies. Don't hesitate to call if you want to check if your provider requires a physician's referral or if they cover physical therapy services without a referral.

Here at CPR, we work closely with a large network of physicians so that there is constant communication regarding the patients we are treating. We receive referrals from many doctors in and around the Twin Falls, Boise and Sun Valley area and have working relations with these doctors.
