Julie Ellis, PT, SCS, CSCS

Co-Founder
Julie graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center
with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1982. Julie is a co-founder
and partner of CPR since 1987. She earned her Sports Specialty Certification
in 2000. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
and has taught fitness and aerobics classes for 20 years. Julie is on
the Physical Education faculty at College of Southern Idaho and is involved
in their athletic training program. She is very active in both state and
national physical therapy issues. She has served as president, secretary,
delegate and board member for Idaho American Physical Therapy Association.
Julie has also served as a legislative contact as well as serving on numerous
committees, task force one and PT-PAC board for the National Private Practice
Section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). In 2003,
Julie was awarded the Perry Silver Award for outstanding service to the
practice of physical therapy.
Tom Wagner, MS, PT
Physical Therapist
Co-founder
Tom Wagner is a co-founder of CPR. He is an alumnus of the
University of Nebraska Medical Center where he earned a B.S. in Physical
Therapy and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology. He has been an active member
of the American Physical Therapy Association for 25 years serving various
positions including State President, Chief Delegate, and National Liaison
to Governmental Affairs. He has also served on The Idaho State Board
of Medicine Advisory Committee. In 1999, he was awarded The Perry
Silver Award in recognition for outstanding service to the practice of
physical therapy. Tom's clinical experience includes both inpatient and
outpatient facilities, geriatric and pediatric populations, and experience
in burn and wound rehabilitation.
Dennis Gillette, PT, CBIS

Dennis graudated from the University of North Dakota with
a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1987. Dennis started working at CPR in
1997 and became a partner in 2000. He is a member of the American Physical
Therapy Association. Dennis is certified in Neuro-Developmental
Technique (NDT) for Adult Hemiplegia (Stroke) #AH-1636-91. He
has a continuing education background in Lower-Limb Prosthetics from
Northwestern University, Geriatric Gait, Cervical Evaluation and Treatment,
Functional Relationships of the Lower Half, Todd Ellenbecker's Shoulder
course, and the fitting of custom foot orthotics. In 2003, Dennis became
a Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
Tracy Becerra, MSPT
Physical Therapist
Partner
Tracy has been working at CPR since 2000. She received her
Master's in Physical Therapy in 1996 from the University of Colorado
Health Science Center in Denver. She is a member of the Amercian Physical
Therapy Association and the Idaho Physical Therapy Association. Tracy
has taken numerous continuing education courses including the following:
Strain counter-strain for extremities and spine, Diagnosis and treatment
of muscle imbalances of the spine and extremities, Upledger
Institute-Cranial Sacral therapy I & II, Medical exercise therapy for
spine and extremities, Comprehensive treatment for osteoporosis,
Mobilization of the Nervous System(David Butler). Tracy is also
trained in administering Functional Capacity Evaluations,
Pre-employment screens, and functional job analysis.
Seth Phillips, MPT
Physical Therapist
Partner
Seth joined the Center For Physical Rehabilitation in 2003.
Seth is a Magic Valley native and graduated from Buhl High School.
He earned his masters degree in physical therapy at the University of
Utah in 2001. Seth is working in the Buhl clinic as well as in Twin
Falls. He is seeing all types of patients. His continuing education
includes sports medicine, fitting and training of custom orthotics, lumbar
stabilization, orthopedics and patellofemoral problems as well as NIDCAP and
functional movement training.

Dave joined the Center For Physical Rehabilitation in 2009, combining
his existing practice at Family Physical Therapy with the CPR team.
Mark
R. Lambert, DPT
Physical Therapist
Mark joined the Center For Physical Rehabilitation in 2009.
Mark graduated from the University of Utah.

Buck Taylor, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Buck has been working at CPR since 2001 as a physical therapy assistant.
Buck received his degree from Idaho State University and is an active
member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Christy
Hall, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Christy is a Physical Therapy Assistant. She joined CPR in 2007.
Christy received her degree from Idaho State University in May of 2006 and is an active
member of the Idaho Physical Therapy Association as well as the American
Physical Therapy Association.
