Yoga on the Canyon


Join Julie Ellis PT,SCS for a fun workout that can be modified for all fitness levels. Julie is a Physical Therapist and a Sports Certified Specialist and has taught Yoga and Pilates for 15 years. Classes are free but donations are welcome and all proceeds will go to Magic Valley Trail Enhancement Committee (MaVTEC).  This yoga series is designed to promote the beauty of the canyon and create a fun and social way to strengthen your core and stretch with yoga poses. Participants will need to bring a large towel and a yoga mat.
